Recently, CPC Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Guangdong Provincial People’s Government have decided to award “Guangdong Provincial Advanced Units of Social and Ethnical” and our college won the title of “Civilized Unit of Guangdong Province” as one of seven units under the management of provincial governments.
For the purpose of satisfactory vocational education, our college took the promotion of core socialist values as a guide and the improvement of ideological and moral standards and scientific and cultural qualities as a focus to work out regulations and establish the mechanism of innovation management and responsibility implementation, which carried out Assessment Activities of Provincial Civilized Units to promote campus constructions and have a great influence on faculty’s minds and behaviors by the construction of spiritual civilization and give the spiritual motivation to all works. Our college has achieved fruitful results on the cultural and ideological process, which won the title of Civilized Units of Provincial Organs for eighteen consecutive years and was awarded Guangdong Provincial Advanced Unit of Social and Ethnical Process repeatedly.
In accordance with the overall employment of Social and Ethnical Process by Work Committee of Provincial Organs and College Party Committee, each Party General Branch and department have taken a series of measures to accelerate the establishment of spiritual civilization and obtain outstanding achievements in spreading civilized prevailing custom, constructing the learning-oriented, service-oriented and innovation-oriented units, strengthening the cultural construction of thriftiness and carrying out volunteer services of benevolence, which play an important role in promoting the campus spiritual civilization and great-leap-forward development.
